The Question

When someone checks out a business before they call, what do they find?

Customers ask ChatGPT and Google who to use. Investors and partners read the website against the company's own documents. Each of them reads a different part, and in my experience nobody inside the business has read the whole thing.

What I Built

AAA is a small agency built around a read and a fix.

I call the read The Full Read. I go through a business's website, its Google listing, what four AI models say when its buyers ask, and its public claims, and check each one against its source. I can point it at a business itself, at its competitors, or at a company an investor is thinking of backing.

The fix is the work that follows: SEO and GEO, to get the business found and named in search and in AI answers, and websites that read as clearly to an AI crawler as to a customer. After a fix I run the checks again, so the client ends up with a dated before-and-after, finding by finding.

Monthly retainers and AI consulting follow on from both. There's also a free scan on the site that scores nine domains in about two minutes.

The instruments are my own: the audit engine for the scoring and AIV for the AI answers. Security goes through Deep Scan.

Under the hood it's one person with a lot of automation. The audit engine runs on its own server, the website on Next.js and Vercel, and the pipeline in a CRM I built on an open-source base. I also built an eight-agent version of the company; it's switched off.

What I Learned

I think the audit training matters more than the AI. A scanner can produce a long list of findings in minutes. What a client pays for is knowing which of them are true and who can fix them. The models make the reading faster, but checking it and putting my name on it is still my job.
